The staff was amazing and accommodating. The only down side is the hot tub was broken and there’s only 1 elevator and it took a long time. The rooms were nice and clean.

Staff was very helpful when needed. Property was acceptable as far as cleanliness. Could use more attention to this. Outside grounds also acceptable, but due to the season understandable. Over all our room was clean.

The hotel looked like it had some recent plumbing issues as several ceiling tiles were missing on my room floor. The staff were quiet, but friendly. The pool was adequate. However, this location didn’t feel like a Premier location.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t receive any housekeeping service during our stay. Not a big deal as we only stayed 2 nights. The coffee provided in the morning was very weak; basically just brown water! That was a big deal to us.

Staff was very nice! Parking was also very good but the overall cleanliness was not good. Also, we booked this specific place for the pool and hot tub and when we arrived we were told the hot tub was out of order but the pool was available. Our kids were so excited to go swim and as we got to the pool the water felt like ice cold water that just came out of the hose. They didn’t tell us that the pool heater was also not working. Just overall wasn’t pleased with the place.

The bed was wonderful. Shower was wonderful. Kitchenette was adequate. There was no comfortable place to sit in the room for more than 20 minutes. Onsite breakfast buffet was clean and hot and was adequate. Good assessable location. Room lacked reading lamps except near the bed.
