" This stay can be the biggest mistake among all my travel history and I had to apologise from my family. I thought for such a decent price they would be providing minimum requirements of a “motel” Room and hotel amenities are far from accurate , We reserved a large family room , There is no tv , there is no option to hang your wet beach clothes, no mosquito screens on windows. This is almost the furthest south of Turkiye and AC was not working. They asked to check it after we left today but...

"Outstanding breakfast! By far the best one we’ve had over the several weeks we’ve been in Turkey. Staff doesn’t speak great English but we were able to communicate effectively with the help of Google translate and they quickly attended to a few small requests we had. Only a short walk down to the town center and only 1 block away from the bus station which was super convenient. "

"It is nice place, comfortable and good located."

"We are walking the Lycian Way and we're very happy to have chosen here to stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful, the room booked was spotless and very comfortable, especially the beds. The location was excellent and was right on the water with views from our room. Breakfast the next morning was excellent with a great selection and very tasty, and the terrace where we ate had great views over the bay. In all, a perfect choice for anyone walking the Lycian Way."

"We just got back from a weekend trip and it was certainly not enough time! We had never been to Kaş before and I looked at several hotels along the same street but I realised I had made the right choice as soon as we arrived. Everything was perfect, the room was lovely, super cute with the perfect style for a seaside town. "Smyrna Pansiyon feels like a home away from home! A big thanks to Sonya for making us feel so welcome and taking care of every little detail. She provided plenty of information and suggestions for exploring the area, which made our stay even better. The only downside is that the rooms are quite close to each other, so you can hear some noise. But overall, it was a great experience, and we really enjoyed our time there!"

"Really loved the aesthetic, lovely embroidered bedding and crochet decorations, good tiled floors. Well considered design. Excellent breakfast, such an assortment of treats, we preferred it when it was vegetarian (sometimes it was assumed that everyone ate meat)…. Very friendly staff. Good waking distance down to the centre but on a fairly quiet road. Bedside lamps for reading would have made it perfect! "
