"L'hôtel est super, il y a toutes les infrastructures nécessaires, salle de sport, piscine interieure et même un club enfant. Les repas sont très bons et variés (demi-pension). Le personnel est très professionnel, poli et serviable, ce qui fait toute la difference pour passer de bonnes vacances. La vue de la chambre était magnifique et les lits très confortables. Le ménage était fait par Nabila qui s'est très bien occupé de nous et de la chambre, un grand merci à vous! Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel si nous retournons à Monastir."

The roses on the bed when we checked in were such a lovely surprise, and the birthday cake made one of our nights extra sweet—literally! "You will never find hotel staff more friendly and caring and helpful where they can than the team here. I had a terrible vacation in the country, however, the kindness of the staff here was amazing. Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was great with coordinating staff there. "

"Despite only staying one night, I have a lot of positive things to say about this hotel. The customer service was spot on, staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were slightly dated but that didnt bother me at all. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Conplimentary welcome drink and sweet treats were a great gesture. An excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. The hotel is in a good location - only a short walk to the medina. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others."
