"This hotel was a great stop off, on our way to Rote. The hotel arranged taxis from the airport & to the port. Assisted with tickets to Rote for the fast ferry. The breakfast was great, so much choice & very fresh. For dinner we went to Taman Laut again 5 *****. We will be back. Loved the people 10/10."

"I stay here everytime I am Kupang. The hotel is perfect for me. Great lobby to sit and relax. Excellent front desk staff, housekeeping super great and great people the restaurant is also very good with very friendly and polite staff. Can't beat the pool or grounds. Very clean and inviting "

"I chose the hotel in order to be near the airport, and was happy to discover that they could meet me and drop me off for a small fee. The room itself was all right, but the air conditioner did not work very well. They provided a breakfast which someone prepared and brought to the room, but it wasn't very good."

"There is a blockage in the AC, before midnight water was poured down and wet the floor. I called reception and reported. Room key doesn’t work and we couldn’t get in. Has to go back downstairs again and get the key to go in. They moved us to the room with leaking tap. Water going down the wash basin every time we use.
