"The cottage was an ideal base to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside. It was very spacious, perfect for the two of us and we never tired of the amazing view. We hope to return once if not twice next year!"

The house was beautiful, plenty of room for everyone, although to be honest we spend most of our time in the cosy but large kitchen and adjacent games room. Many period features allowed you to really experience how they used to love. Kirby Stephen high street was a stones throw away, making it convenient for local shops and pubs. Would highly recommend for a large family get together"

The location is spot on and there is tons to do around the area with amazing walks and scenery to local markets and nice restaurants and pubs. "This was a fantastic cottage with all the mod cons and incredibly clean, lovely beds and towels and biscuits and milk left for us also.We did think there would be a back garden with grass as we had taken our little dog with us but there was'nt. My husband did find a very large field with right of way about 2 mins walk away so little dog loved it so not so much of a problem. "

"The Old Brewery is im the beautiful medieval market town of Richmond. There are numerous walks in the area, several delightful pubs amd restaurants, and it is a great base for exploring North Yorkshire. The property itself, though, needs some work. The kitchen and dining room are beautiful. The living rooms are extremely comfortable (with the exception of one chair). The bedrooms and bathrooms each have their quirks and drawbacks. We had to repair one bed during our stay. Several doorknobs were...

"Its an amazing cottge in a perfect location."

"With older and younger people amongst them. Views are amazing from the balcony and rooms. Very convenient location. Minor inconvenience having to go outside to gain access to the lower rooms. But there are plans to build an interior staircase to resolve this from plans we saw. Would be a great addition. Great hosting/cooking and relaxing pace. Our whole group were able to come together in the living room to make memories together."
