"The hot tub was supposed to open May 16. We checked in May 16. Hot tub was never opened. Our phone had no dial tone and there was a giant hole in the wall from a previous guest by the back door. Knobs would randomly fall off the dressers, the fridge wasn’t cold at all and there was no air vent in the back part so either that person had to roast at night or the front person had to freeze. "Location is fantastic to walk down into downtown or even around the island. Our room looked right out to the water and had access to sit down by it which was a great addition. The room and amenities in the room worked out great - with plenty of space and fridge / freezer for food in our kitchenette. "
