"We’ve stayed here many times for its convenient location to walk in the downtown area to services, restaurants and the waterfront! The location is a short drive to the Digby ferry. This time, we were very disappointed with not being given the room we booked! We booked a Club, King Bed, Water view room. When checking in they said the club floor wasn’t available and then asked us if we were okay with 2 queen beds. My spouse agreed that the 2 queens would be okay. We went to our room and there was no water view. Why would we book one room and not be given what we booked and paid for. We were very disappointed! We returned to the front desk to voice our concerns and the other staff member was able to help us get the room we booked and paid for! Why would your team not give us the room we booked and instead we had to advocate to get the room we booked! Very disappointing experience!"

"Clean hotel, friendly staff (especially Sooraj, who was kind enough to switch us from the second floor to the first). Breakfast was free but underwhelming. The area is not so appealing but it's fine for the price, and everything is within a short driving distance."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage! A tiny bit of everything we needed! it was very quiet and the deer roaming the property gave it a calm feel! Never figured out the train schedule but we were never disturbed during night, and the earliest it woke us was 7! No noise from neighbours, besides car doors... a cute and practical amount of dishes...Thanks for being a great host!"
