PET FRIENDLY! Licensed Bed and Breakfast.

  • Super clean, one bedroom with sofa bed, licensed suite, pet friendly and 20 minutes to downtown kelowna and beaches. Private bathroom and personal carport parking and entrance with lots of space for skis/snowboards, golf clubs and mountain bikes. Luxury mattress and hi end linens. Quiet neighbourhood with lake view. Yummy continental breakfast consists of baked scones and sunshine muffins, waffles and maple syrup, yogurt, berries, granola and other cereals. An awesome coffee/tea bar too!

Excellent place 10 mins from downtown Kelowna; super quiet, very comfy bed and Heather makes sure that you'll have a *lot of options for your breakfast (she leaves a multitude of ingredient in the suite so that you can prepare what you prefer). Will definitely be back!

Great Place!

I stayed here for 11 nights while I did my practicum and it was great! It was very clean and the perfect size. There was a good selection of breakfast foods and Heather even replenished them as needed!

Exactly as advertised

Thank you Heather for the great stay. Great location just slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city and right by the golf course. We enjoyed the breakfast spread as well.

Wonderful place to stay with your pup!

We had a great time at Heather's place! The bed was comfy, the place was very clean with a well equipped kitchen, and our pup even had his own bed. Heather left us plenty of food for breakfast too, which was lovely. The area is great, with a nice little trail for a morning hike and just a ten minute drive to Kelowna. We would definitely stay here again.

Kelowna summer '23

Tough time to be in Kelowna during our stay, however, Heather and Paul were champs! Nice clean dog friendly suite close to wineries and golfing. Would definitely stay with them again.

Very convenient for Black Mountain area

Communication and check-in was super simple, despite arriving late due to bad traffic on the Trans Canada. Breakfast items were lovely and the room stayed nice and cool even in the Kelowna heat. The owners were present and welcoming.

Amazing Experience

We really enjoyed our stay. Very cozy, cute, and clean suite. Warm and welcoming hosts. Our dog had so much fun going for walks and playing on the hill behind the property. Will recommend it to my family and friends coming to Kelowna for a vacation. Best wishes!

Perfect location in quiet neighborhood only 5 mins from downtown Kelowna

Great stay in a well appointed suite with kitchen, laundry, bedroom, bath and living room space. The refrigerator and kitchen were well stocked for our arrival to make breakfast and snacks. The host was very responsive and friendly as well. A perfect base to explore the wineries, hiking and cycling trails in the Kelowna area!

Nice Place on the Edge of Kelowna

Clean, well stocked, 1bdrm ground floor suite of a home located at the end of a street. Up in the Kelowna hills and under Black Mountain, it has backyard access to trails for views overlooking valley, orchards, and Okanagan Lake. Host was very pleasant. I’d book it again.

We were in Kelowna during very hot weather 38/39C and it was lovely and cool in this suite. We had a car so the location away from city was great. It was spacious and comfortable.

The suite and breakfast are both great, the hosts are lovely and the neighbourhood was friendly. The comments about the lack of sound proofing are accurate, so if you are a light sleeper, this might not be a good match.

Easter Weekend Stay

We were very happy with this property. Heather, the host, was exemplary in all respects. Her attention to detail went beyond anything we had experienced before. The space was perfect for our needs and especially welcoming for our two dogs. The location was close to everything in Kelowna, downtown, recreation areas and hiking trails. We couldn't be happier that we chose to stay here.

Fabulous

For me the location was perfect as it was very close to family I was visiting. The place was very well kept. Heather thinks of everything you’ll need. The breakfast supplies were plentiful & had a fantastic selection for everyone. Lovely retreat area

More than advertised. Stocked with many breakfast items which we appreciated and did not expect. Plenty of room. Able to store our bikes inside. For pet friendly site, no noticeable pet hair in the suite so was well cleaned. Thanks Heather. Hopefully we will see you again.

Everything you need

This was a nice stay, especially for the price. The location is a bit out of the way and it’s not anything to get excited about in terms of relaxing, but the place had everything you would need. Two big rooms, one kitchen/washing machine room with a bathroom and the other is a bedroom with a lounging area which is spacious. The suite itself is a bit out of the way, and being up on a hill with the fear of forest fires, we got quite anxious leaving our dog to go out for a bite to eat (but that’s really on us and what we found out we are comfortable with). The house has a nice trail that offers a great view of the city though! The owners were fantastic hosts, really nice people, and stocked the kitchen with many foods to choose from. The place has everything you need!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Heather and Paul were wonderful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for 28 days well our home while construction of our home was being completed. Absolutely perfect for long or short stays. Kitchen is well equipped and there are always breakfast hoodies stocked. Bed and linens are clean and comfortable. Great neighbourhood close to golfing, hiking and short trip to lake. Can’t say enough good things about Heather and Paul and Roxy (Dog).
