"We are four senior women driving from a concert in Ridgefield WA an hours drive away after midnight. Our instructions to get there were vague. We called to say we were lost and weren't going to make the 1:30 check-in. They not only helped us get there but assured us they would accommodate us. They gave us a late check out the following day no charge and would have allowed us to use the hot tub if we wanted. Our room accommodated the four of us perfectly and was quite large so we were happy! Breakfast was good also "
