We had such a lovely weekend here as a family! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The spa was beautiful and so relaxing, and the treatments were amazing. Our room was spacious, super comfortable. The food was delicious — fresh, full of flavour, and delicious. If I had to mention one small thing, the hot tub and pool could have been a little warmer — but that’s honestly the only tiny thing in an otherwise perfect stay. The whole place has such a calm, luxurious feel, and it was lovely to find somewhere that feels indulgent but still really family-friendly. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already talking about when we can come back!

Wonderful welcome from all staff, our dog Emma received many cuddles. Room was eloquently decorated in keeping with house. Spa was luxurious, lots of in door and outdoor amenities. It was busy when we arrived (4:00pm) but beds became free not long afterwards. Staff in the spa always on hand to offer fresh towels and maintain cleanliness. Stayed for two nights, room was good, food was good. Breakfast hot options not the greatest didnt give 5star bacon rind still soggy. Egg station is a good ofdering but on busy mornings large queues, coffee machine cant handle large volumes and toaster inadequate for busy breakfast service. Table Service in bar slow staff very pleasant but could be more attentive with observing drinks being liw and proactively ask if another is required begore glass is empty. Spa facilities really good, grounds kept immaculate would return

Had an amazing couple of nights at Schloss. The staff are so lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The decor is absolutely stunning. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and the spa is to die for. Superb hotel and short break experience

Excellent hotel. Stayed for two nights on a break for my birthday. Professional staff and good service and high levels of customer care. Excellent Spa with great views from the relaxation area and a superb heated outdoor pool. Food was also excellent; great breakfast and the food in Charlie's (we ate there the two nights we stayed) was outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this spa hotel. We will be going back.

Overall it was excellent. If I was being overly critical then I would say that the hot tub is too small for the number of guests and the television in the room had 5 English language channels and 15 German language channels (which seems unusual….) However we had a great time and the food and staff were great.

Amazing, awesome, incredible! We had a suite in the castle and it was worth every penny! Do it! You will not be disappointed.

All the staff without exception were first-class - attentive, professional and friendly. We stayed in a self-catering cottage which is a self-contained modern, sylish house. Only minor quibble was no air-con in cottage on a very warm night. Very impressed, would love to come back and would highly recommend.

Only a slight thing but our room was said to have a mini bar however there was only a few warm drinks on the table rather than kept in a fridge which I would not call a mini bar. Everything else in the hotel was excellent and cannot fault.

Lovely short break and very friendly, helpful staff. Two areas for improvement - cleaner tile grouting in the lovely shower, and a better bar service. Otherwise pretty much perfect for us, thank you
