"We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby. The only thing that can be improved is the tub. My 86 year old mother would not have been able to take a shower because of the chance of slipping. There was no grip on the tub. I almost fell 3 times. Otherwise it was a great stay."

"The Good: This place has an amazing view of the Bay and you can see the ships and the bridge off in the distance on the water. We could hear the sea lions barking from our balcony. Even the view at night when it's dark is pretty cool. It's also nice to be able to sit out by the firepit or dip in the jacuzzi. The staff was very helpful. We didn't arrive until late at night but there was a number for me to call to receive instructions on how to get my room key and access my room. No real hassles or delays even though I arrived at almost midnight. The room was good size. There were monogrammed robes for us to wear. Plenty of towels and other amenities you expect to find. They even had a pair of binoculars for us to use to try and get a closer look from our balcony. The average: The only real thing I can honestly say wasn't great was the shower water pressure. Perhaps it is an eco-friendly type thing for water conservation purposes, but I felt like my showers took a little extra time because I had to wait for enough water to hit me to rinse off. Overall a great place to stay, would totally stay here again the next time we visit the area."

"I've stayed at the Heathman twice now, and it is a solid hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly. My only criticism would be the food. The food is slightly above average."

"We stayed here for the the close proximity to the airport…both on our 1st night in and night before our early morning out. Very pleasantly surprised at the kindness, helpfulness of the staff and our rooms!! Our rooms were very nice and breakfast (on the one morning we could attend) was very nice and was really good!! We will definitely come back! Oh! And parking, is in a gated area!!"

"The parking situation was easy, the staff were all very friendly and understanding, and the room was nice and clean. The room was also spacious and the bed gave me great, comfortable sleep for the nights I stayed here, The kitchenette was nice so I could prepare meals or snacks, which was very convenient for me on this trip. I would highly recommend this hotel, it is far nicer than the others in the area that I have stayed at. Great value for your money and a comfortable, clean, cozy stay. :)"
