Alastair was wonderful and very communicative, and when I had a question about the WiFi he responded to my text right away! "The flat is cute and close to the mile It is up a steep alley way, so not good for people with mobility issues. We immediately realized the instructions to turn on the boiler and heater were incorrect; (after calling we found out the switch is on the kitchen counter and not the bedroom closet). We turned on the boiler and the heat, and left for dinner. It was freezing when we returned, we assumed it just needed to heat up. We contacted the host the next day, no heat and the tv stick...
