Everything was excellent — the people, the service, the rooms, the breakfast, and even the pricing. The swimming pool was great, very clean and relaxing. Room service was also impressively fast, whether ordering food or requesting room cleaning. The staff made us feel truly welcome and provided outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. A perfect experience from start to finish — I would definitely come back again!"

The only complaint was ants in our bedroom and living room, but the staffs were quickly responding to fix the problem. We’ll come back to book this hotel when we visit Jakarta."
