Das Essen im Hotel war wirklich sehr gut – abwechslungsreich und immer lecker! Leider gibt es auch einige deutliche Kritikpunkte: Unser Zimmer hatte eine „Klimaanlage“, die aber de facto nur wie eine Lüftung funktioniert hat und keinen Kühlungseffekt hatte. Wir haben das mehrfach beim Personal angesprochen, doch außer einem freundlichen Nicken und so tun als ob wurde leider nichts unternommen. Auch das Personal an der Bar, sowohl im Hotel als auch am Strand, war oft genervt und wenig freundlich, was die Atmosphäre getrübt hat. Die alkoholischen Getränke waren kaum genießbar – der Wein war sehr bitter und hat nicht hochwertig geschmeckt, und die Cocktails waren viel zu süß. Sehr gestresst war auch das Abräumpersonal im Restaurant: Während des Essens wurde uns teilweise das Besteck sprichwörtlich vor der Nase weggezogen, was ein entspanntes Genießen leider unmöglich gemacht hat. Der Pool war leider nicht beheizt und super kalt. Fazit: Wer Wert auf gutes Essen legt, kommt hier sicher auf seine Kosten, aber beim Service und beim Getränkeangebot besteht deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.

This hotel is as far from 5 stars as it can be. Rooms are in in an old condition with shabby bathrooms. The AC is working quite poorly given the searing temperatures outside. What's more, they had the hotel-wide outage one day which made us and other guests suffer through the night in the extreme heat with no acknowledgment of the situation or apology. You can tell the staff at the cafeteria works hard, but the food is quite unpalatable for the most part. Somehow they manage to cook basic dishes in a way that makes you not want to try them again and source bland-tasting vegetables which I've always thought wouldn't be the case in Turkey. In terms of other services, I found it strange that at the spa they try really hard to push massage packages on you with a sales pitch. We left a day earlier and don't regret it. Of course, the hotel refused to provide a reimbursement for the last night we didn't spend there. ---------------- Этот отель настолько далёк от 5 звёзд, насколько это вообще возможно. Номера в старом состоянии, с обшарпанными ванными комнатами. Кондиционер работает очень плохо, учитывая палящую жару на улице. Более того, в один из дней в отеле произошёл сбой AC, из-за чего нам и другим гостям пришлось мучиться всю ночь в сильнейшей жаре — без какого-либо признания проблемы или извинений со стороны отеля.

Otel klimaları tam açmıyor. Yemek yerken terledik. Odalar son gaz klima çalışmasına rağmen soğutmadı. Odalar yeteri kadar temiz değildi.

Odayı gayet beğendik manzarası ve konumu efsaneydi. Havuz yeterli büyüklükte. Can kurtaran da var. Beachi güzel deniz taşlı. Yemek çeşidi çok ama lezzet olarak sınıfta kalır. Rezervasyonu bir gün öncesinden yaptırmıştık. Oteli aradığımızda sistemlerinde görünmüyorlardı. Otel giriş saatine kadar rezil olduk, edebilsek iptal edecektik. Ancak otele vardığımızda rezervasyonumuz göründü ve resepsiyon ılımlı bir şekilde yaklaştı.

1 gece konakladık. Otel temiz, mimari açıdan görsel olarak iyi, yemekler çeşitli ama lezzet açısından pek iyi değildi, plajda yer bulmak çok zor sabah erken gitmemize rağmen her yer doluydu havlumuzu kuma sermek zorunda kaldık, yuvarlak yatak gibi olan şezlonglar ücretli otel misafirleri kullanamıyor çok saçma, odalar temiz, klima yeterli, eğlence hiç yok. Fiyat performans bir otel genel olarak 5 üzerinden 3,5 veririm.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Flexibel alles in der Nähe, Sauberkeit des Hotels war top das einzigste, was ich zu bemängeln habe ist. Ich hatte ein Hotelzimmer ganz oben und wenn ich kein Trinkgeld gegeben habe, wurde mein Zimmer auch nicht wirklich sauber geputzt so gut wie gar nicht. Sonst war alles perfekt.

Otel konum olarak çok iyi. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli . 5 yıldız kalitesinde hizmet vermiyor. İyi otellerde kalmış kişileri kesinlikle memnun etmez ama diğer kişiler için uygun. Odamızda dusakabin su sızdırıyordu şıp şıp yürüyorduk banyoda. Oda temizliği vasat yapılıyor. Otelin havuz imkanları çok kısıtlı.otelde genel olarak bir klima problemi var restaurant lobi de klima eksikliğinden dolayı çok sıkıntı yaşıyorsunuz. Restaurant da yemek almak da yemek de işkence ve çözüm yok. En sıkıntılı durum buydu sırılsıklam oluyorsunuz terden. Restaurant dahil otelin bazı yerlerinde otururken üstünuze sıp sıp su damlıyor tavandan. Eğlence ve imkanları sınırlı akşamları bır amfi ya da animasyon yok vasat bir canlı müzik oldu 1 haftada ıkı kere. Yemekler ve mutfak zayıf . Yöresel günler gıbı aktıvıteler olmadı her gün tavuk hındı balık çıktı kırmızı et hıc yoktu. Garsonların bazıları çok lakayıt çalışmak istemiyor da zorla oradaymıs gıbı takılıyorlar tatılinizin modunu düşürüyorlar yabancı turistlere Türkçe hakaret ediyorlar özellikle akşamları bar kısmında çalışan garson. definitely not a 5 star hotel. Plugs coming off walls. Electrical cables coming out the wall. Food was not labeled at any time. Phone in room did not work the entire week even though we asked for it to be fixed. Limited English spoken at the hotel. Indoor pool was not available and had not been for some time. Photos are very deceiving and The beach is only accessible when you exit the hotel onto the road.

Maalesef deneyimimiz tümüyle ortalama altında kaldı. Teras odalar çok konforsuzdu. Yatağın ortası kullanımdan dolayı çökmüştü ve banyolar bakımsızdı. Yemekler ise, çok seçici insanlar olmamamıza rağmen lezzetsizdi. Otel çalışanları tecrübesizdi. Otel binası, giriş ve lobi gayet gösterişliydi fakat geri kalan hizmetten memnun kalamadık.

3 gece dört gun balayı musafiriydik.odayi tutarken yanlislik yaptim eşimi kayit ettirmemisim mudur beyden rica ettik resepsiyon gorusmeye gitti mudur bey gelmeye bile tebezzul etmeden yardimci olamayacağım demis fazladan 3500 tl daha verdim tuttugum oda icin.restoranda temiz bardak bulmakta zorlandik.odamizda cay nescafe ve havlular yenilenmemiş balayi olsugu için ilk giriste meyve tabagi ve sarap yoktu odamizda. Kirmizi et seçeneği azdi genelde balik ve hindi vardi.calışanlar cok yardimseverdi ozellikle restoran bölümdeki URFALI arkadaş ismini hatirliyamadim.deniz taşları ayaklari cok yoruyor.sahillin bir tarafi standart bir tarafida ücretli içecek alanlara ayrıcalıkli yapmışlar hic iyi bir durum degil cunku standart yerin temizligi cok kotu bilginiz olsun
