The hotel view was great but the cleaning was terrible and they wouldn’t removed the dust from the lamps. Plus there was alot of water leaking in the toilet.

definitely not a 5 star hotel. Plugs coming off walls. Electrical cables coming out the wall. Food was not labeled at any time. Phone in room did not work the entire week even though we asked for it to be fixed. Limited English spoken at the hotel. Indoor pool was not available and had not been for some time. Photos are very deceiving and The beach is only accessible when you exit the hotel onto the road.

This hotel is as far from 5 stars as it can be. Rooms are in in an old condition with shabby bathrooms. The AC is working quite poorly given the searing temperatures outside. What's more, they had the hotel-wide outage one day which made us and other guests suffer through the night in the extreme heat with no acknowledgment of the situation or apology. You can tell the staff at the cafeteria works hard, but the food is quite unpalatable for the most part. Somehow they manage to cook basic dishes in a way that makes you not want to try them again and source bland-tasting vegetables which I've always thought wouldn't be the case in Turkey. In terms of other services, I found it strange that at the spa they try really hard to push massage packages on you with a sales pitch. We left a day earlier and don't regret it. Of course, the hotel refused to provide a reimbursement for the last night we didn't spend there. ---------------- Этот отель настолько далёк от 5 звёзд, насколько это вообще возможно. Номера в старом состоянии, с обшарпанными ванными комнатами. Кондиционер работает очень плохо, учитывая палящую жару на улице. Более того, в один из дней в отеле произошёл сбой AC, из-за чего нам и другим гостям пришлось мучиться всю ночь в сильнейшей жаре — без какого-либо признания проблемы или извинений со стороны отеля.

Worse hotel and staff

I booked a wheel chair accessible room, when I arrived it was not ready. My first day was wasted and I didn’t get the room until night time. The room is full of ants! The Air condition is not working. I called several times but no response. I went down to the reception at 11 pm to fix the A/C but they didn’t. At 3 am I got an Asthma attack because of the heat and no air circulation in the room. I called the reception again and they sent a technician to fix the A/C but he didn’t. Today is my second day and it’s 2:15 pm and the room is not cleaned, the ants still carolling in the room, and the a/c is not fixed. Barely anyone speaks English in this hotel. The lady at the bakery is very rude. Staff don’t care if I’m suffering fro the heat or unhappy. Also, the hotel website and hotels.ca advertise that the hotel is 4 miles from the airport. The truth is the hotel is about an hour away from the hotel. Very bad experience.

Das Essen im Hotel war wirklich sehr gut – abwechslungsreich und immer lecker! Leider gibt es auch einige deutliche Kritikpunkte: Unser Zimmer hatte eine „Klimaanlage“, die aber de facto nur wie eine Lüftung funktioniert hat und keinen Kühlungseffekt hatte. Wir haben das mehrfach beim Personal angesprochen, doch außer einem freundlichen Nicken und so tun als ob wurde leider nichts unternommen. Auch das Personal an der Bar, sowohl im Hotel als auch am Strand, war oft genervt und wenig freundlich, was die Atmosphäre getrübt hat. Die alkoholischen Getränke waren kaum genießbar – der Wein war sehr bitter und hat nicht hochwertig geschmeckt, und die Cocktails waren viel zu süß. Sehr gestresst war auch das Abräumpersonal im Restaurant: Während des Essens wurde uns teilweise das Besteck sprichwörtlich vor der Nase weggezogen, was ein entspanntes Genießen leider unmöglich gemacht hat. Der Pool war leider nicht beheizt und super kalt. Fazit: Wer Wert auf gutes Essen legt, kommt hier sicher auf seine Kosten, aber beim Service und beim Getränkeangebot besteht deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.

İlk karşılama güzeldi Apar bey ilgilendi yardımcı oldu. Personelden Devran beyde çok ilgili ve konaklama esnasında çok yardımcı oldu. Otele gelirsek konumu mükemmel, kendine ait plaji olması çok iyi, binanın dizayn çok güzel, temizlik de iyidi benim açımdam tek olumsuz yönü yemeleri zayif kalıyordu. Lezzeti iyi değildi ve kırmızı et çok nadir çıkıyordu. Genel olarak iyi bir otel tekrar gitmeyi düşünürüm.

Öncelikle ekipteki herkese cok tesekkur ederim. Evimizde hissettik ve 2 sinif vatandas muamelesi görmedik ( ki antalya otellerinde malesef oncelik yabanci vatandaslar) temizlik guzeldi oda manzarasi cok güzeldi. Cocugum cok secicidir yemek konusunda buna ragmen ac kalmadi muhakkak ki alternatif mevcut. Odadaki klima bize yeterli geldi. Animasyon gelistirilmeli ve arttirilmali hem azdi hem cocuklara yonelik birsey göremedik. ( 1 hafta konaklamada 1 gun canli muzige denk geldik güzeldi.) Birde yemek salonunda hava akisi ve klima fazla olmali yemek yerken sicak oluyor. (Yemek yerken türk muzigi turkuler enstrümantal olarak caliyor bence harika) biz memnun ayrildik genel olarak gelecegiz ve tavsiye edeceğiz.

Odayı gayet beğendik manzarası ve konumu efsaneydi. Havuz yeterli büyüklükte. Can kurtaran da var. Beachi güzel deniz taşlı. Yemek çeşidi çok ama lezzet olarak sınıfta kalır. Rezervasyonu bir gün öncesinden yaptırmıştık. Oteli aradığımızda sistemlerinde görünmüyorlardı. Otel giriş saatine kadar rezil olduk, edebilsek iptal edecektik. Ancak otele vardığımızda rezervasyonumuz göründü ve resepsiyon ılımlı bir şekilde yaklaştı.

1 gece konakladık. Otel temiz, mimari açıdan görsel olarak iyi, yemekler çeşitli ama lezzet açısından pek iyi değildi, plajda yer bulmak çok zor sabah erken gitmemize rağmen her yer doluydu havlumuzu kuma sermek zorunda kaldık, yuvarlak yatak gibi olan şezlonglar ücretli otel misafirleri kullanamıyor çok saçma, odalar temiz, klima yeterli, eğlence hiç yok.
