Exceptional Service

Staff is 5 Star Service all the way around, but housekeeping wins the highest of the high marks! I was well cared for everywhere I went. The cocktails were fabulous particularly the Signature Cocktail pictured below. Housekeeping kept coming up with new ways to make me feel special. And the view from my room was beautiful. Pros - many facilities for children of all ages - children's dinning facilities with access to milk, microwave and a bottle steriliser - staff were helpful and most spoke English - the variety of food is incredible and presented beautifully - the area is beautiful and well looked after - there’s a free Starbucks on site! - they have a virgin cocktail menu (highly recommend) - plenty of desserts (even when food hall is closed they have snack areas open) - Burquini is welcome Cons - the Wi-Fi signal was not the best - the resort is located next to other resorts and our room was right next to the neighbouring resorts disco/night club. The loud music would play allllll night long which made it hard to sleep (especially for the kids)

The biggest problem was mosquitoes. There were over 50 bites on my feet and legs. It annoyed me for 2-3 days. This happened mostly at Mia Casa Bar. I informed the Guest Relations regarding the problem. She said they also received a similar complaint from another guest. She said pesticides are applied periodically but apparently it doesn't work with their application method. Another issue though minor problem for me was that there were almost no drink serve to the tables by stuff. They occasionally asked what to drink but most of time we had to ask or get our drinks from the bar. They neither know how to serve rakı. Pros: Drink variety and availability, food was good and delicious. Tidy, clean hotel. The other cons beside above: No dim light for toilet in the room. Very low quality toilet paper in the room for an hotel at this level.

Everything was great, but for the price paid I expected a better food choices and selection. For example there was very little lamb dishes. Seafood was limited and tasted rather bland. I liked the beach, water and nightly entertainment.

OTEL KONUM VE HİZMET

Otel konum, hizmet ve yemekler açısından oldukça iyiydi. Biraz eskimiş olsa da genel olarak iyi. İlk odamızdan bir tesisat problemi yüzünden daha iyi bir odaya alınsak da yeni odamızda sıcak yüzünden gece uyumakta problem çektik çünkü uzun süre kullanımladığı için sıcaktı ve oda tam soğumadan gece 11.00 de klimalar söndürüldü. Bu sebepten biz sıcaktan uyuyamadık. Suit odada olası gereken bazı ekstralar yoktu (ütü-vücut kremi-diş seti-traş seti vs) Otel odaları ve oda servisi iyi bir bakımdan geçerse çok güzel olacaktır.

Nous avons pris une suite. Taches sur moquette et canapé. Dessus de lit ridiculement petit comparé au grand lit ( qui lui était super). Il manquait plein de fournitures dans la chambre et certains étaient mal approvisionnés. Rideau non occultant, dommage pour les grâce matinée, à 7h vous êtes debout. Les grandes baies vitrées n empêchent pas le bruit de passer, et vous entendrez soirée tous les soirs jusqu'à au moins minuit. Les seuls avantage que la suite vous donne sont les rangements, et les grandes pièces. Vous mangez dehors dans la majorité des restaurants "à la carte" : le fait qu'il fasse très chaud, les moustiques, et la faible luminosité ne permettant pas d'apprécier, alors qu'il y a des salles climatisée non exploité. Nous n'en avons tester qu'un et honnêtement échec total. Comment ne pas préféré le self service ou vous mangez dans une salle climatisée... Côté cuisine, plein de bonne choses très qualitative. Le personnel est à l'écoute, les animateurs sont à fond.

מלון יפה, מקום סביב המלון גם ממש יפה, מלא עצים אקזוטיים, מלא דשא ירוק. ים -שתי דקות הליכה, מים נקיים, שקופים. אוכל מתאים לכל טעם- בשפע וטעים. הדבר היחיד שלא אהבתי - זה שאם לא אומרים לצוות נקיון לנקות את החדר, יכולים לא לנקות עד שעה 16.

Im großen und ganzen ein sehr gutes Hotel. Das Essen ist und der Service ist unfassbar gut. Die Zimmer sind einwenig abgenutzt. Das Personal ist aber einzigartig und sehr professionell. Es ist nicht ganz billig und für den Preis müsste es einwenig mehr sein. Da sollte man die Zimmer und vorallem die Bedienung der Klimaanlage einwenig verbessern. Die Lärmbelastigung durch die benachbarten Hotels sollte man nicht unterschätzen. Sehr laute Musik am Abend und in der Nacht stört die Technik des Nachbarn-Hotels

Wunderbarer Ferienauenthalt am Meer

Wir waren wieder für 10 Tage in diesem wunderbaren und äußerst sauberen Hotel und können es weiter empfehlen! Der Komplex ist wunderschön gestaltet, geräumig und die Leute sind sehr gut verteilt. Der sehr lange Strand und das saubere Meer ließen uns entspannte und schöne Stunden verbringen! Das Personal ist überall sehr, sehr nett, freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir folgende Orte und Personen: Küchenchef Mert und seine Mitarbeiter Zeki und Samet im internationalen À-la-carte-Restaurant. Furkan, der Grillchef, und Semet, der im türkischen BBQ-Restaurant arbeitet. Neu war die Gästebetreuung unter der Leitung von Hasan, der sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Auch die Mitarbeiter sprechen mehrere Sprachen. Mehmet war verantwortlich für German, der alle Probleme ernst nahm und versuchte, sie so schnell wie möglich zu lösen! Aber auch bei allen anderen Anliegen und Fragen war es sehr hilfreich!
