Avoid. Aged property. One buffet location for three thousand people. Not an appealing eating environment. One snack location for entire facility with limited options. Except Tepenyaki and Bloom, other alacarte restaurants are quite poor on service and food quality. Very good staff though.

Fabulous reception, fabulous guest desk service, they have team it's special for the guest requests upon you chick in the team already create a group on WhatsApp and any updates any attraction any system change any request will be on this WhatsApp so if you need anything you just send a message and it's like a magic it's happening, about the food you have the main restaurant and it's a huge one and they have a lot of restaurants with many cuisines and they have wonderful seafood I absolutely recommend this restaurant for the children sports and the children swimming and the children water parks they have a lot of things I think you need 100 days to finish the hotel Thanks to all workers

We have just left as a family of 12! Concierge service was amazing and super accommodating. I didn’t real Se the journey from land of legends was so far, and the timings could do with being better. Ie later options going and returning. Excellent service and good in the Chinese and Japanese restaurants! It was lovely and quiet as still out of season. Shame n better entertainment but I know in the summer there’s a lot more to offer. Definitely recommend for a nice family holiday.

I am satisfied with everything about my stay except the reception service. When I was moving in they were extremely rude and unprofessional with me, asking to wait for 3 hours even though my room booking started a day before I moved in. They refused to show me where my room is located and overall made me feel unwanted in the hotel. Same thing happened when I was moving out, the bellboy who took my bags from me made it seem as if he was doing me a favor rather than his job. Everyone else in the hotel was very nice and friendly! I loved my stay and glad I didn’t decide to go to a different hotel after such an unpleasant greeting.

Amazing resort with an absolutely stunning nature and staff! Excellent services, superb professionalism of staff working in customer services, namely Ibrahim and his team (Javair, Aina, Ayan, and others), they created a WhatsApp group upon our arrival and responded to our questions immediately and addressed all our issues promptly, did absolutely everything above and beyond our expectations. That made our trip so pleasant, memorable and we just felt like at home and very comfortable. Kudos to you all and good luck with everything!! Rooms are spacious, modern, sparkling clean, well renovated, especially at the Marine Pool Area. It’s such a beautiful and stylish area with a heated swimming pool, classy bar and lounge. We enjoyed every second of our stay at this part of the resort and children were swimming all day long in the pool, sea was a bit chilly in May. Everything is so beautiful, property is huge and very well maintained. Several swimming pools and a few of them are heated. Restaurants and food are so perfect!! Especially “Bloom” food was delicious, beautifully served and Manager, Ferit, and Aiturgan were exceptionally professional. The Rixys Kids playground is a perfect place on its own! Animators working at the playground Animators working at the playgrounds are just fabulous, very supportive and kind. Special gratitude and appreciation to Esengul, Omyr, Aishoola, Nurjanat and Alara! Thank you!

Such an amazing resort located in one of the best areas of Antalya, gorgeous mountains along the seaside, beautiful and well maintained landscape, renovated and upgraded rooms, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, restaurants are fantastic, nice swimming pools and a few of them are heated, we’ve enjoyed every second of our stay at this fabulous place and will come back again in the fall.

Definitely not an all inclusive. Never heard of an all inclusive resort that you have to pay for 4 out of 7 restaurants. Had to pay for a spot at one of their shows one night because they made it a vip section as if it was a night club. Food is ok but not much variety at all the 6 days I was there. No late check out. Out dated rooms and everything had an “extra charge “next to it. I think you can find find better hotels for the same money. Definitely not a five star hotel nor all inclusive.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub im Rixos Sungate.Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich unvergesslich! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders das Gästebeziehungs-Team war großartig und hat uns jederzeit sehr willkommen fühlen lassen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, der Wellnessbereich entspannend, und die Freizeitaktivitäten waren hervorragend für alle Altersgruppen , besonders die zahlreichen Sportangebote haben uns sehr gefallen. Der Kinderbereich war toll und gerade für Familien perfekt geeignet. Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft, direkt in der Natur mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Gerçekten tüm ekibi gayretleri ve güleryüzleri için tebrik ediyorum,herşey oldukça güzeldi sadece otelde nargile servis edilmesini hiç yakıştıramadım.Çocuklu ailelerin genelde tercih ettiği bir tesiste,sahilde havuz başında dibimizde nargile höpürteden insanların olması çok rahatsız ediciydi bence konsepte hiç uymuyor.Onun dışında herşey oldukça güzeldi,teşekkürler.

Wir haben als Familie einen wunderbaren Strandurlaub in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Anlage ist sehr groß, gepflegt und bietet eine sichere, ruhige und saubere Umgebung. Der Strand mit der Blauen Flagge war traumhaft – perfekt zum Schwimmen und Entspannen. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker, die abendlichen Shows sorgten jeden Tag für tolle Unterhaltung. Auch die À-la-carte-Restaurants waren ein echtes Highlight. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
