The rooms were a little tired and need an update. Functional and clean but on the shabby side. The food was very good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The area around the pool was kept clean at all times. The entertainment was repetitive each day. The surrounding area has lots to offer. Lovely beach bars, shops and restaurants. I’d say good value for the money we spent.

When we walked into the room,our balcony door wouldn’t lock and we told them and they apparently “fixed” it yet then the door worked backwards so it would actually lock yet the door wouldn’t close unless it was locked, furthermore,the handles of our bathroom door got would get out of their places and we told them to fix that too yet every time they came by and “fixed” it,the door handles would break again to the point were we couldn’t close the door or we’d be locked inside and stuck which did actually happen as I got stuck in there in the middle of the night,so you can imagine the panic I faced with my half asleep mind.Even more to add,the cleaning wasn’t done at all with dirt and dust everywhere and the bathroom wouldn’t be cleaned properly with used shampoo bottles still in the shower when I first checked into my room,also there isn’t any connection between management and staff as me and my wife couldn’t get our complaints about our room to be fixed at all and just had to stay there for a week like that.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and feel like the hotel should do better with its services.Thank you
