"On a hot summers day, there needs to be good fan systems to keep the rooms cool. Open windows don't help if they're is no breeze coming in.

The whole room was clean except that I had some long black hair on and under my sheet. The sheets were definitely clean but I think that the cleaning stuff could be a bit more careful with this. "We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The complimentary slippers were a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was wonderful and we were served coffee at our table a real treat.
One small issue—our in-room telephone didn’t work, so we weren’t able to order room service. We ended up using a local takeaway instead, although we would have preferred to dine in. Hopefully, this is something that can be easily checked for future guests. The cleaning team at 09:00 were a little too noisy next door too but we managed to ignore.
