Sisään pääseminen oli farssi. Ei respaa, ei ihmisiä, automaatilla kirjautuminen ei onnistunut. Kännykällä kirjaantuminen onnistui ja saimme koodin joka ei sopinut ovee. Se sopikin toiseen laitteeseen josta sai avaimen ja sähköavaimen. Ovie ei kuitenkaan sillä avautunut koska se vaati sähköavaimen ja mekaanisella avaimella takalukon avaamisen. Ja nyt päästiin vasta sisään hotelliin... Seuraavaksi vastaavaa sekoilua huoneen oven kanssa

Sehr hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtet! Man checkt selbst ein. Das hat total unkompliziert funktioniert. Es gibt einen gemeinschaftsbereich, wo man sich Getränke holen kann. Die Lage ist super: mitten in der Innenstadt. Für mich als Allergiker müssten es nicht so viele deko Kissen und Felle sein, aber es sieht natürlich hübsch aus! Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber!

Top Lage. 100 Prozent sauber. Wertige Ausstattung. Freundliches Personal. Unkomplizierte einchecken. Was will man mehr ? Wir kommen wieder… Übrigens gepackt haben wir auf den großen öffentlichen Parkplatz neben der Feuerwehr (4 Gehminuten zum Hotel) für 3 € am Tag. Frühstück zum Beispiel in der Bäckerei Sinz am Residenzplatz (5 Gehminuten)….

Das Hotel, die Ausstattung, das Personal und die Lage sind alles klasse und weiterzuempfehlen. Allerdings sind die Zimmer, zumindest im ersten Stock, sehr sehr hellhörig. Man hört die dusche und die Toilettenspülung des Nachbarzimmers sehr deutlich. Stutzig gemacht hat uns, dass bei Bezug Ohrstöpsel bereitlagen. Scheinbar ist das Problem bekannt. Glücklicherweise hatte das unmittelbar unter dem Zimmer liegende Restaurant während unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen.

Für eine oder zwei Nächte absolut OK

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen was natürlich super gut ist. Unser Zimmer war in Alpenchic aufgemacht und somit ganz nett anzuschauen. Für eine oder evtl auch eine zweite Nacht vollkommen OK, aber mehr auch nicht.

Super zentral gelegen und sehr hübsch gestylte Zimmer zum Wohlfühen. Schönes Restaurant direkt angeschlossen an das Hotel . Super netter Email Kontakt vorab ( bezüglich Fragen zu Parkmöglichkeiten, Reservierung im Restaurant! ) .. und auch zum Checkout total freundliche Mitarbeiter!!! wir kommen gerne wieder!

Habe schon besser genächtigt.

Zimmer Nr. 12 , insbesondere das Bad ist extrem klein und macht eine gleichzeitige Benutzung zu zweit nahzu unmöglich. Check in ging per Schlüsselautomat ohne besetzte Rezeption problemslos. Die Nacht lies leider nur wenig Schlaf zu, da bis 4UHr morgens gröhlende Horden durch die Gassen zogen und das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Frühstück war soweit in Ordnung, allerdings fehlten Dinge wie Tomaten, Gemüse völlig, das war schade. Ausserdem wurde auch erst auf Nachfrage eine Eierspeise angeboten. Auch schade. Die Zimmer waren als Prämiennacht über Hotels.com beglichen, dennoch wurde ich beim Checkout auf unbezahlte Zimmer hingewiesen. Das war mir unangenehm, mich hinsichtlich der Bonusnächte erst erklären zu müssen, da dies dem Hotel offensichtlich nicht bekannt war.
