"We had a really nice stay here with 4 adults, 2 children and 1 toddler. The house is exactly as described and was really nicely done. The location was nice, quiet and still close to the center. Just a side note, it was quite hot outside when we were there and the attic bedroom was too warm for us. The other rooms stayed ok with the fans provided and downstairs stayed nice and cool."

The photos did not reveal that the rooms were spread across multiple levels, connected only by an extremely steep staircase. "Great space for lots of people. The living room area has a wonderful vibe, especially in the morning. We didn't cook but loved how well appointed the kitchen is. Wonderful coffee maker. A perfect spot for our first visit to Gent. What a beautiful city.One thing to consider is that the staircase to the bedrooms is spiral which can be a challenge for anyone with even mild mobility issues, especially with luggage."

"Booked due to convenience on our travel path. The host was very responsive and even brought extra towels since there were only 3 bath towels for 5 people. There were food stains on the floor and food left in the microwave. Worse part of all one of the beds was disgusting. It was so bad. There were no extra sheets and it was late so my 3 children slept in the same bed. "
