You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Millbrook Lodge is the perfect holiday retreat for you and your family to enjoy a 5-star luxury stay close by many popular towns. Boarding both The Yorkshire Dales and Lake District you are perfectly located.Millbrook Lodge offers five great sized bedrooms, the first is found on the ground floor, two have en-suite shower rooms, while the two main bedrooms have access to the family bathroom where they can soak away the day in the jacuzzi bath. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, fully equipped with a Rangemaster for cooking large meals, full size dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, boiler tap and utility space with both washing and tumble dryer, you also have both a luxurious living room with living flame fire and dining room with access to the games room, in here is sure to be many a fun night, with hot tub, pool table and dart board. The house also has some excellent outside space with comfy seating with the added benefit of Peasy Beck stream running past. On the second floor is the large cinema room with quadruple aspect viewing and comfy seating for sharing movie night with loved ones.
1. Millbrook Lodge is a no smoking property, please note that due to this smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property, any instances of smoking within the property will carry a £500 levy for intensive cleaning to be carried out.
2. If you wish to smoke at the property, there is a designated smoking area to the rear of the property which can be accessed through the games room and from the garden. Please dispose of any cigarette ends in the smoking bins provided.
3. Outdoor Shoes are not permitted to be worn within the property please remove these in the entrance hall.
4.You are permitted to bring up to 3 pets to the property. However, we ask that these are not allowed on the internal furniture.
5. If you have brought your fury friend with you please ensure that you clean up after them, if any dog mess is left for our house keeper to clean up there will be a charge of £100.00 for this to be removed.
6. Listening to music is wonderful however please be respectful of our neighbours and the surrounding areas, noise disturbances will not be tolerated.
7. The house is for recreational use only, no parties or events are permitted.
8. If there is any instances of breakages or damage within the property please notify us as soon as possible.
9. Please use the coasters provided when placing glasses, cups or mugs on surfaces.
10. We're delighted to offer baby cots upon request, however, we kindly request that you bring your baby's own linen to prioritize your baby's skin health and hygiene. This extra step ensures a cozy and safe environment tailored to your baby's needs.
11. Indoor furniture should not be moved from its current position.
12. Please empty the bins, dishwasher & fridge before departing the property.
13. Most importantly please enjoy your stay and enjoy this stunning property.
