"Everything was great, room was clean and comfy, breakfast was good. The only thing i didn't like was the guy that checked me in made a snide comment about having to explain the $25 incidentals fee. I asked why $25 specifically normally hotels just ask for a card for incidentals. He replied annoyed that it was the 3rd time he had to explain that day that hotels require a payment for that. I didn't appreciate how he spoke to me at all since I wasn't rude when i asked for clarification."

"The presidential villa we stayed in felt like home away from home. The view looking over Canyon lake was breathtaking. The pool was great. We will definitely be back. The staff was also incredibly sweet. "

"Everything excellent excep we had no towels/service from Friday morning early check in until we left Monday. Notice did say service every other day but we had none. Front desk were apologetic and immediately privided towels. We emptied our own trash bins."
