The room was huge with a huge bathroom as well! It had a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head and regular shower head for personal choice. The rainfall shower head was so relaxing and unique to anywhere else I have stayed! The room was clean, neat and organized! All of this is extremely surprising given that it is behind a gas station and above a party store. Only recommendations I would have are to put non-slip strips or something on the shower floor as it is very slippery, and to put a...

The rooms are super clean, the staff are all so friendly and kind and the breakfast is really good and has a lot of options.

This Best Western seemed newer and had everything you would want in a motel: Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. TV in working order. Breakfast bar stocked with all the fixins. Very nice stay. Recommended. : )

Room needs a bigger TV

Brand new, beautiful hotel. Staff SUPER friendly and helpful. Love the Keurig in the room and awesome shower.

Very Nice hotel, Breakfast Sausage Gravy was a nice touch.

Great hotel for Auburn area. Would recommend!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Comfort in AUburn. The rooms were very large and for a great price. The breakfast had an array of great options, family foods. The pool/spa was warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and we were treated like family during our stay. Will definetly stay again

There is plenty of parking right in front of the building. Checking in was easy—you get the physical key from a lockbox using a 4-digit code. The place was pristinely clean. The lake view was beautiful, and you can enjoy it from the chairs right by the door, or from inside. My wife and I used the kayaks to explore Fox Lake, and it was a lot of fun. Even though it was my first time, it was easy to maneuver through the still water. Life jackets are conveniently kept in the brown box. There are...

I was very sick upon arrival and the clerk checking us in found me a room, so I could go to bed. Thx you, I ended up having Emergency Surgery but she made my day so much better

This hotel is an oasis. The external neighborhood is your basic off-the-freeway strip mall area, which means it is a convenient location for places you might want to go. But once you are inside, you enter a peaceful, almost resort-style environment. The staff was very attentive to our requests - which included putting a 2nd chair in the room. Note that you should request a refrigerator if you need one. There are no microwaves in the room, but there is one available for use in the common...

Check-in was very easy. The desk clerk was polite and offered us a booklet about local shops and tourist sites. The room was larger than we expected with two nicely padded recliner chairs and very clean. Housekeeping had left a note welcoming us. Their towels were very thick and soft. the breakfast buffet had the usual selections of hot and cold items. It was a nice large dining area with tablecloths and windows all around with a view of a small playground for kids that we thought was a...

Really great service with a friendly smile from Tiffany at the front desk. "Is there anything else we can do for you"? She's a winner!!

The staff is wonderful! Had a good variety of breakfast, snack & drink options. The hotel and room smelled amazing! The room was nice, clean & inviting. Our bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Not to soft, not to hard. I loved the lemon sugar lotion & hand soap! Great location with plenty of sights to see, places to shop and eat! If i had to have a negative, the walls aren't super thick. You could hear if someone was being very loud. Also, you can hear doors/alarms in parking lot, highway trafic...

I can’t say enough!!! We were welcomed with Singh genuine kindness and everything is so incredibly clean!!! Yes we even have a small dog They accept as family!!!! Very very excellent We are meeting to traveling with a dog and I am so annoyed with the accommodations we have had to endure. We w left 2 hotels I refused to stay

Great location in an area that offered so much and the city not that far away. The hotel itself was amazing. From staff checking in to the rooms and checking out. Clean, affordable, comfortable.

All good

We came to give the kids a fun night of swimming on the pool and we weren't disappointed. The pool was warm and the kids had a great time. One of the hotel staff even came into the pool area to let us know that she had just put some fresh baked cookies in the lobby. 10/10 for service and cleanliness. Breakfast in the morning had many choices and was well staffed. No complaints.
