"The two women we met that worked at the front desk were wonderful. So so sweet. The breakfast was okay. By nine am, things were already gone and not restocked. The juice machine didn’t work at all. The room was disgusting. It looked clean late at night but the next morning daylight showed the opposite. ..."

"It took over one hour for staff to register my reservation. The room condition was terrible. The bathroom door had a large hole kicked through it. It was an awful experience. Staff said that because of all the problems, they could not charge for the room. It was charged anyway."
