The complex in which this home is located hosts a community pool, so you and your party can swim some laps or soak your stresses away. You'll also be granted access to a community basketball court, a BBQ area with gas grills, and a Ping-Pong table.

This home sits just half a mile from Parsons Beach, so be ready for a fun-filled summer spent on the sand and in the Atlantic Ocean! At the end of the beach runs a tidal river, so you can also spend time fishing. Just one and a half miles west is Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, a gorgeous park with scenic hiking trails and plenty of opportunities to spot local wildlife. Two and a half miles east of the cottage is downtown Kennebunkport, where you will find excellent restaurants and charming shops. The surrounding towns of Kennebunk, Wells, and Ogunquit also have plenty of options for shopping, dining, and lounging on the beach.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
