This 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is nestled in the heart of the Kennebunk Beaches—just a short stroll from Gooch’s, Middle, and Mother’s Beach.
The home features an expansive wrap-around deck with peaceful marsh vistas and glimpses of the ocean. Outside, the gravel patio is ready for entertaining with a wood-burning firepit and gas grill. Inside, the sun-drenched main level offers an open kitchen, dining, and living area lined with large windows. The layout includes two bedrooms and a full bath on the main level, with an additional two bedrooms and a second bath on the lower floor Please see floor plans in the photos.

Easy rental, beautiful views
First of all, we love Friday to Friday rental because you get the weekend. The realtors were super communicative, easy friendly. The house was clean super easy to use. Had most of the condiments for cooking, but to be honest it was too hot to cook so we went out which was great. Beach access five star location five star. The only drawback is there is no central air and that’s barely a drawback.
