Perfect Stay

My fiancée and I spent the week between Christmas and New Years in this wonderful cabin and had a perfect time. Very cozy space and so close to all the best restaurants Kennebunk has to offer.

Charming cottage in perfect location

This was our second stay at Pamela’s lovely cottage. It is one of our favorite places to stay. It is comfortable, cozy, and provides everything you’d want. We loved that you can walk to town and the decor is charming especially Mr. Doane’s wall. Thanks for sharing your home with us, Pamela. Hope to return next year!

We can’t say enough about our recent stay in Kennebunkport. The owner was so kind and accommodating. All the small touches she left for us to make it a lovely Easter weekend. Especially for my son!!! Can’t wait to come back and stay in July!!!!

Always wonderful

Our third stay was just as lovely as previous visits. Pam does everything she can to make you feel welcome, and the house is beautiful, perfectly decorated, and has such a cozy feel. This is a true gem, and we're so happy Pam is willing to share this home. Can't say enough good things about the house, the location or our hostess. It's the perfect place for a peaceful couples getaway.

September Retreat

Spent the month of September relaxing at this lovely property. It is charmingly furnished, cozy and warm. The views of the river and tidal basin are stunning. It’s so close to everything yet amazingly quiet and peaceful. Pamela has provided everything you might need and is available for any questions or concerns should you have them.

The sweetest cottage; incredible location

This cottage is on the small side (perfect for 2 people imo) and perfectly appointed. The location cannot be beat. To wake up everyday, with a peek into the harbor, is pure joy. We were lucky to have glorious weather -only one rainy day. It was muggy and warm and the AC works great!! A huge bonus. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Just perfect

The cottage was so fitting for us that we both agreed we could live there full-time. Sometimes when I think of "cottage", I think of musty, dusty, and dark with flooring and furniture from the 70's. Pam's cottage is the exact opposite. The cottage is well laid-out with comfortable furniture and tasteful decor. The kitchen is well supplied and the grill was a bonus. What delighted and surprised us the most was its location relative to town, to the peaceful grounds of the monastery, and the beach. We walked everywhere! We live about 30 miles away in another idyllic coastal setting, but felt like we were further away, like many states away. What a great place to enjoy some fun and relaxation.

Family vacation

The house was in the best location. Very easy walk to downtown to the shops and restaurants. However, the house definitly had signs of wear and tear and not quite as clean as I expected it to be. There was also an awful smell in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay! The entire process from booking to checkout was smooth and easy. Pam, the host, was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was in place for our arrival. The place itself was cozy and perfect for a winter retreat, with the fireplace adding an extra touch of warmth and comfort. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal—just a short walk to town, so we could easily explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions. This was our second visit and we will be back next year. Its such a charming cottage, that is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, glasses etc. The location on the water and walking distance to downtown is so beautiful and convienant.

Everything you need, close to town!

Location of this cottage doesn’t get any better. It’s comfortable for a small family. It was about a 5 minute walk into town. Restaurants and convenience store nearby. The property itself feels very private and quiet at night. All rooms have A/C. The ceiling in bathroom is pretty low, especially the shower which can be a problem for tall people. I hate to say anything negative, but the bed in the main bedroom is terrible. Made loud noise every time you rolled over or got out of bed. It sags in the middle and have terrible back ache. Get a new mattress and this property is gold!
