We enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and comfy beds! This place is not walkable to the Kennebunk Port area! Breakfast was fine but fairly limited! Very happy overall!

We had a great time staying here. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We loved how pet friendly they were. The pool is kept clean as well. There is a good selection for breakfast. Overall very happy with our stay here and I am sure we will visit again in the future.

Fantastic customer service, thank you to all. Enjoy breathing in fresh air in a very relaxing area. Traveling around is easy, quick drive to KPT and Ogunquit. About a 35 mins drive to Portland. Pool was a plus. The rooms could use an update with the bed, furniture etc. Phone service is hit or miss depending on your service provider. The food in the nearby restaurants are great. Getting away from the city life? This place is definitely recommended, the simple life.

The rooms felt very damp and the carpet seemed dirty, especially if you are allowing pets. There should not be Carpet in the room. It also had a weird odor. The bathrooms needed to be renovated and could have been cleaner The pool was very beautiful and a perk of the hotel. They also served a very nice continental breakfast that the kids enjoyed. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

The staff was very helpful and informative on check-in. They placed us on the first floor which was needed for my traveling companion and our dog. The steps to the parking area felt a little unstable. We would stay here again.

We were disappointed in our stay at the hotel. The room was old and the bathroom door did not close. The biggest problem were our pillows. They smelled of mildew and kept us awake on our second night. The breakfast and pool were very good but I would not recommend this "resort".

Staff was kind enough and rooms were clean enough. We did not see a place where you could get snacks or drinks. And we both had difficulty sleeping due to noise. Hours of people talking outside our window and opening and shutting doors. First till late at night and then early in the morning. We did not call and report to staff, so it’s not their fault, just our experience.
