"Room was OK. The door did not close completely and lock, we had to deadbolt because the door itself would not close and lock so the key to the room was pointless. No coffee in the morning, was empty at breakfast approximately 745am. Toilet in bathroom was clogged when we arrived, fixed ourselves so no further complications. Expect more from Hilton as a member that travels frequently. "

"This was our first time back since Covid and overall, had the same magical effect as previous visits. Would be helpful upon check in to advise of restaurants close times (we missed Nubbs closing at 8 and were lucky enough to eat at the Tiller, however super busy and took awhile) 2nd, we requested a 3rd robe, twice on Tuesday and it never cane. When I went to front desk to inform them of this (also because I didn’t want to be charged for a robe that never came to the room, etc.) it was the same front desk personnel that I originally requested it from and she didn’t even apologize that the robe never came nor offered any apology so that was disappointing. Very poor customer service there."
