"My husband and I booked the property last minute. I was impressed by Nicole’s communication skills from the get go. The vibe of the place is so homey and felt relaxed. Not like a hotel. She greeted us right away and gave a tour of the place. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh! The mattress was so comfortable, the shower had great pressure and temperature. I like the additions of the mini fridge and coffee maker as well. Everything was in excellent condition. My only feedback is there is a lot of homeless population in the area and back alleys. I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking alone in the night. "

"Cozy and clean room with a great view of the lake (Room 611), especially of the Canada Day fireworks! Staff is friendly and efficient. Walking distance to downtown area and lots of shops/restaurants. Wish their restaurant was open for convenience "
