"No one was present when we entered the hotel. There was a buzzer to ring to alert staff. We rang twice and no one responded. We had to go into a staff only area to get someone’s attention. Upon check out, again no one was behind the counter. Key was left at desk. Lack of customer service at front desk was disappointing."

"House was the perfect size and is exactly how it was stated. The weather was not exactly in our favor which gave us an opportunity to spend more time in the house than we wanted to. We were able to utilize the porch outside. Play games look at the water and cook in the kitchen. Found some interesting things to do in the city of Rochester and visited the famous Genesee brewing Company. All in all we had a great time."

"Durning the. day the views were beautiful from the deck. The only downfall was the black bugs at night. Need to do pest control . Could not enjoy the fire pit or star gaze. The smoke coming from Canada distant help also. Overall I would come back again. Cozy like home"
