"The Wee Bank House is perfect in every way. So much attention to detail with everything we needed for our short stay in Oban. Lots of extra little touches including a wee dram on arrival, coffee pods and lovely local toiletries. Exceptionally clean and a friendly host. Highly recommend. "

"This is a lovely spot on the hill above the center of town. It is within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and the water. It has a secluded small garden patio, lovely for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The accommodations are comfortable and clean. There are plenty of suggestions on things to do and places to eat. We fell in love with Oban and would have stayed longer if we could. If we ever get back we would definately stay here again."

"Our stay in Balvenie was very good. Nice apartment in a convenient location in Oban. One critique / watchout for future renters. The VRBO Listing showed the apartment as having both a washer and a dryer. We chose this apartment based on the advertisement of having a dryer as we knew we would need to do laundry at this juncture in our trip. As it turned out, the listing was wrong...there was no dryer. Several drying racks were present, but no dryer. The host / owner / VRBO needs to update the...

"The interior was very clean and updated! The washer AND dryer was a plus! The location was fine, nothing special, but, most importantly, it was quiet and easy to get to."

"stayed 3 nights with my husband between xmas and new year. the apartment is welcoming and spotless and of a very good standard. the view from the front is stunning. we did have a powercut due to storm gerrit but it did not stop us having a restful few days. Good location to visit lots of places nearby and Inverness was only 1 hour away. Would recommend!"

"Pros: Clean, comfortable bed, heating, fully stocked kitchen, within a walking distance to city center. Cons: Lacking ventilation in the bedroom, Sleeping is challenging due to creaking floor from the upstairs apartment (you can hear every for footstep), patio chairs outside are unusable since there is no cover against the rain."

"This is a perfect apartment for a small group to visit Fort William. It has a parking spot if you are driving yourself. It put us in driving range ti visit the Isle of Skye. Takes a whole day to do but worth it if you get over that way"
