"I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room. Which certainly was an improvement, but barely 3 stars let alone 4. I was...

"Wonderful stay. This accommodation is close to the bus that goes to and from the airport in Yerevan, so very convenient to get to. Breakfast is also decent, and I found the rooms to be more than adequate in terms of size and cleanliness. Would stay again! "
