"The room was nice, but the TVs didn’t work when we arrived and had to be reset and restarted and took a while. Our door didn’t lock or latch most of the time. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good."

"Room was clean, breakfast was great, lots of keycard issues. Also tile floor is coming up in both bathrooms. Grout is cracked and missing pieces. You can hear people walking on the floor above your room. Pool and hot tub were great."

"This was a nice hotel experience for the price I paid through the Hotels app. The front desk person was very nice. However there were a couple things I was disappointed by. 1) There are no automatic doors or accessibility opener buttons for guests coming in and out of the hotel. It’s especially difficult for persons with physical disabilities like myself. 2) The door of my room did not close properly without some fairly significant force being applied. I didn’t notice at first and was glad that I did notice before I actually went to bed. I’m not a fan of the possibility of someone coming into the room because the door doesn’t shut properly on its own."
