"Perfect size for an overnight or short stay. Extremally clean, pillows were great, very comfortable bed, I likes not having to climb up into bed. It would have been perfect if there were legs on the sofa, it was rather low for our middle aged knees."

"Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! "
