This is a very large hotel. Unfortunately we experienced the distant typhoon, making our experience dissapointing. The front desk was not very accommodating when I was unhappy with my room. I agreed to stay in any of their buildings to have the view I desired. They told me EVERY room was booked. I don’t think so… offseason and a typhoon ??!! I do not like massive, mediocre accommodations in general.

Friendly staffs, neat and clean rooming, modern, confit facilities good for the tourists. Will come back again.

Great location to American Village, shopping, restaurants, and great ocean view. Just Amazing.

This was my first time visiting okinawa. I was confused about where to stay on this big island. I am very happy I picked Naha terrace. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but only 10 minutes walking to it. The hotel is very quiet and clean. Just 15 minutes walking to the ferries to Zamami and Aka island. Nice staff. Thank you.

Everything was fantastic. The room was very clean, great staff, and the location was perfect.

We loved staying here! Our room was gorgeous with a comfy outdoor sofa and a stunning view of the ocean. The amenities provided were amazing. They give face masks, bath salts, and also have a 5 step skincare routine that guests can use. The shampoo and conditioner also did great things for my hair. Nice hotel, but looks little old, some part where in floor and are not fixed, the pool is nice too but because of corona it was open only evening, the transportation is not fluent around, you can use a Taxi to go American village. nice for children and family.

We booked Hotel Strata based on recommendations and were pleasantly surprised at how conveniently located the hotel was to everything we wanted to check out in Naha. Not only was the hotel super easy to get to by monorail, the hotel itself is also a little zen oasis. Our room was super comfortable with great amenities for a Japanese hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and next time we return to Naha/Okinawa, we will be staying here again!

We chose this property as we wanted to be in the center of the action and it did not disappoint. A 3 minute walk around the corner and you enter Heiwadori, one of the many shopping streets off of the main Kokusaidori. Lots of shopping for Okinawan specific goods and foods. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a huge walk-in shower/tub combo. We would stay here again.

The location and staff was excellent. The hotel was located very close to many main attractions and conveniently located only a 10 minutes drive from the airport. We really enjoyed the VIP black card lounge where they served food and drinks daily. We were thankful for the generous staff who helped us we will definitely like to return and stay again.

The staff was very helpful and super kind. The property view was amazing as well as all the extracurricular activities available to you. Conveniently placed in American village made it easy to walk to different t breakfast,lunch and dinner places, as well as shop and explore the culture.
