Washbasin was inside a wardrobe kind of setting which was bit inconvenient but overall room was spacious. We got room with balcony which helped to get some fresh air as and when needed. "Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners. The kids entertainers were great with all the kids and really patient. Just sooooo impressed. Can’t fault the place at all. Happily go back there which is something we don’t usually do.
