"We booked through VRBO, which I wouldn't recommend for this property (love VRBO and this property, but just not a great match). They seem to use other platforms more often. I attempted to communicate with the property manager when I didn't receive info about the way to check-in, without response. We arrived and sat outside until a woman who cleans the property noticed us and helped us get checked in. "The apartment was comfortable, clean, and furnished perfectly. Host was responsive and thorough. Meteora was magical! We did a sunset e-bike tour, Theodore with Meteora E-Bikes was great. The next day we booked another tour with the same company and the owner, Basille, guided us off road on mountain e-bikes. It was incredible!!"

"I had to wait to check in at least two hours. I finally got instructions for the keys at about 6.00 pm. Owner did not answer phone when I called to try and check in. The email from Expedia clearly stated that checkout was at noon. I was being asked by the cleaner to leave the property at 11.00 am. Very disappointing check in and check out process. "
