"The apartment was new and spotless. The service was exceptional, polite and professional - especially on the last day when after checking out, we could take a shower and use their refreshments. Check in was also easy despite no staff being around as the whole process is well planned and communication good. "The property was easily accessible but parking spaces was limited but available near or walking distance.Staff was friendly,helpful as the heater was not working at first but was quickly fixed.The room was good with facilities like hob,kitchen utensils,fridge, kettle(but little bit rusted),etc but tv was not working.Bathroom was in good condition but shower water was little bit low and no shower gel& tissues.Overall it was a good night stay and would recommend to anyone who want to stay there."

The only slight downside was the quality of the clothes hangers in the wardrobe, they were somewhat past their best. Very clean throughout. "There are no elevators in this property, and the stairs are narrow and made of stone. Carrying a suitcase up to the second floor was a challenge, and carrying it down after my stay was a bit dangerous and no one to help.
