"I was delayed getting here from the Airport and they had already contacted me to give me the code to get into the door, so even if they were already gone for the evening, I was able to get in. The breakfast option is absolutely worth it as well. The staff has been wonderful, always willing to help, never annoyed bc I do not speak Hebrew. I strongly recommend this hotel! "

"We were a little bit scared about the previous reviews when we booked this room, but honestly was not that bad. The only real inconvenient thing was the bathroom, if I can call it this...this was all half meter,maybe less,all together toilet,shower and sink...Certainly not recommended for pregnant women or fat people!!!! (I have 65 kg and was very hard to rich the shower and toilet from the stairs!!!) The room was good, the bed comfortable, not perfectly clean, but not dirty. The Ac didn't work...

"Die Lage vom Hotel war wirklich gut und zentral. Die Zimmer waren etwas abgewohnt, doch es haben einfache Renovierungsarbeiten in den Fluren begonnen. Die Fotos stammen aus besseren Tagen. Eine Mitarbeiterin war bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit eine andere weniger. Diese hat uns auch erklärt, dass wir kein Frühstück (ausserhalb in einem Café) bekommen, obwohl es dazugebucht war. Die Schuld lag anscheinend aber nicht beim Hotel, sondern bei Expedia. Später sollten wir etwas gratis...
