"A great find! Just a 5 minute walk from the end of the 290 bus route from the airport and easy to find. Don’t be put off by the courtyard, it’s lovely inside. The staff were brilliant, they helped us with directions to the city centre and to the football ground and nothing was too much trouble. The room was great; very clean and quiet. Breakfast was just right, not too much choice which was good. We are planning on returning to Zagreb and would have no hesitation in staying here again!"

"We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel, which is advertised as a four-star property but falls far below even a two-star standard. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the rating is highly misleading. There is no proper lobby, no noticeable facilities, and none of the amenities you would expect from a genuine four-star hotel. The room itself was very plain and basic, lacking comfort, quality, and attention to detail. It did not meet even the minimum expectations for a hotel of this supposed category. Additionally, the photos shown online do not accurately represent the reality of the property—they are misleading and create false expectations. We are left wondering who rated this hotel and on what basis, as it clearly does not meet standard hotel classification criteria. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true four-star stay."
