We have stayed here twice, both times we had a room and not one of the cottages. Room is comfortable and had everything we needed. The cleanness is so so; the bedlinen and especially the towels just don’t smell fresh or clean. I am not saying that they were dirty, but it was as if they were washed without a detergent/soap. Driveway up to reception is pretty but in need of a bit of maintenance. Overall: average

Such a beautiful location - after a long drive it was the ultimate pleasurable place to relax and unwind. A cool dip in the pool on a very hot afternoon was perfect and we were upgraded to one of the cottages! Thank you for a memorable stay

Beautiful Grounds

Motel units are spread out on beautiful grounds. There is a river at the bottom of the property and several natural pools. Great place to stay if you love nature. It is tucked away from the main road down a long driveway. The units have a kitchen and there is also a comunal area with bbq, sauna and spa. The interior of the unit is a bit dated and filled with large furniture which gives it a charm but also makes the room smaller. Considering the price, this was a great place to stay.

Little paradise

It was a great stay. We loved the place and the owners and caretakers were wonderful. Its a little paradise in Kerikeri and we will def stay there again if we are in the area.

Spacious, quiet and scenic. However, the Venetian blinds urgently need to be cleaned, also the lamps beside the bed. The low sofa needs to be replaced. With a little effort this place could be very nice.
