We stayed at Villa M in January for our honeymoon, overall the pool, room and out sourced massages the villa books for you were great. The negatives for the room were the bed/mosquitos and the shower and bath not working properly. The bed is rock hard and not comfortable in the slightest, and the bath plug didn’t work so all the water drained out (sad when I booked this particular room because of the bath) and the shower failed to turn off half the time and would run/dribble most of the day.
The villas are located in Kerobokan on a quiet road, sort of in the middle of nowhere. If you’re wanting to experience and enjoy the hustle and bustle of a tourist area.. this isn’t the villa for you. The villas website/Expedia states there’s a restaurant on site which serves light meals.. this is a lie, there’s no restaurant sadly or room service. Speaking of food.. the breakfast you get isn’t anything to write home about, the only nice thing was the fresh fruit. We upgraded one morning to the American breakfast.. is was disgusting and inedible! The bacon tasted like actual cardboard. Don’t waste your money!
The villas are also totally uncontactable my phone (I tried atleast 6 numbers) and their reception staffs English is very poor.
Villa M is definitely not worth how expensive it is compared to other villas - which include kitchens, multiple bedrooms and in better locations.
I don’t think we will return or recommend to friends.
