"Excellent standard of family room, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Quick check in with a friendly staff member. Staff were brilliant when we had to evacuate the hotel late at night due to a suspected gas leak and a note of apology was posted under the door overnight with another apology from reception when we checked out. The hotel is in a great spot with parking right behind, also very close to Manchester Piccadilly station. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The Alan Hotel was a lovely place to stay while in Manchester. It is in a great central location, a 10 minute walk from Piccadilly, the room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable-I slept like a log. The staff were really friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Manchester. "
