"The hotel is dated. The mattresses need to be replaced. It is worn out and feels like you’re sleeping on a rock. I don’t have a clue how this place gets a 8.8 on reviews. I seen that and figured it would be descent. Don’t have super high expectations. "

"The room was nice and clean. The rest of the property seemed clean and kept up with. The bed was terrible. The mattress felt old and lumpy. The duvet had several ripped and empty pockets. The cotton inside of it was visibly balled up. It had been washed so many times the cotton wasn’t smooth anymore. It was very uncomfortable. I told the front desk attendant when we left. She was very nice and apologized. I’d stay there again if it wasn’t for that bed!"

"Room was clean but the exhaust fan that must be turned on with the bathroom light was extremely loud and annoying. Staff was awesome and although I didn’t use the pool or hot tub, it appeared to be well maintained."
