"We really enjoyed the condo. The only issue is that it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My daughter and I had to carry all of our luggage plus the grandkid's luggage up to the 3rd floor. Once we were up there, it was fine. Next time I will pay more attention to the location of the condo since I am not getting any younger."

"Our room was not ready by 4pm. We waited an extra 2 hours. Once we were able to get into the room we found it extremely dirty, even though we watched tge cleaners exit. They swept and mopped that was it. We found old food in and under the couch, chair and beds. They dont clean any of the bedding or sanitize anything. The countertops, tables and chairs were sticky or had dried food on them. Chairs with dried gum on them. Carpets in bedrooms are disgusting. They are extremely worn and stained....

"No working ac on 90 degree weather.... no lighting in the bedrooms... no working dryer...lost electricity and no one in maintenance responded to fix these issues. Because no electricity, refrigerator stopped working and all of our food we purchased for 4 days got spoiled. Had to buy battery operated fans and battery lighting to make it through our last days and to be able to pack.
