"Shower was terrible..dirty, water backed up and very loud like a machine gun going off. Hairs on bathroom floor. Breakfast very limited options. Old apples the only fruit and fake egg pancakes. Was busy and pretty loud...thin walls and big gap until door."

"I reserved the room for 11 nights, however, I ended up staying there for only 9 nights due to an updated flight schedule to Australia. I highly recommend travellers consider "Cozy Rooms in Bright Walkout Suite - Newly Renovated 2026" for their next stop in Richmond Hill. The host provides a clean room and comfortable room for guests to stay in safety. I did not use the kitchen, therefore there are no comments to provide. The host also kindly offered me a parking spot when I arrived late at night, which was really helpful. The location and commute are convenient, between Bathurst and Yonge. One friendly piece of feedback, please replace the broken garbage bin and the rusted hand-wash bottle in the washroom. Overall impression, I was captivated by the beautiful front and back yards. Please inspect and seal any gaps around doors and windows to prevent ants from sneaking into the room's floor."

"Clean rooms, small shower though. Kitchen has microwave and fridge and sink, but no cook top nor dishes or pots. Very quiet, and darkening blinds. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good night sleep!"

"Booked a double queen room, got a king with pull out couch. Asked front desk to be corrected they said they would refund me and I could go else where which is not helpful since I booked this months in advance. Health unit shut down the hot tub after we arrived and saw other guests in the hot tub. Maintenance employee seemed unbothered by the situation. Rooms were held together with painters tape. Don’t waste your money - stay else where."
