Weekend Away

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were lovely and they provided amazing cooked breakfasts. The location was great and walkable to everything in Keswick.

Very hospitable and knowledgable B & B

Nicky and Paul were great hosts - very helpful and welcoming. Great breakfast and option of light evening meal useful after a long day on the fells. Also lots of interesting books about the Lakes and photography. Guest lounge with home made cake a nice touch.

Very comfortable

A warm welcome with coffee and homemade cake. Room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. There were plenty of eateries and pubs nearby and the lake was only a short walk away. The perfect base.

Great Two Night Break

Enjoyed the whole experience. Lovely well appointed room. Especially great to have a fridge since we were having a March heatwave! The breakfast on both mornings was tasty, well presented and cooked to order. The eggs benedict were the best I have ever had. Happy to recommend a stay here and would go back.

Fantastic B&B close to Town Centre.

Lovely B&B just a short stroll from the Town Centre. Beautifully decorated and maintained accommodation. Sitting room with complimentary coffee and cake! Ample breakfast options and well cooked. On site free parking. What more could you ask for ?

Brilliant B&B

A lovely place to stay. Paul and Nicky were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean and facilities such as tea/coffee and cake was an added bonus. The off street parking proved to be very handy as the street is full of parked cars and we would have had to park on a different street had this not been available.

Excellent stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nicky and Paul were excellent hosts, very friendly and welcoming and also gave us recommendations for places to eat out in Keswick. The B+B was spotlessly clean, with great measures in place to keep guests safe. Our room was lovely, with a very comfy bed. We loved the fresh coffee and cakes available in the guest lounge during the day and the little scissors on each breakfast table to help open the sauce packets - such a great idea! Breakfast was delicious, we tried the full Sunnyside cooked breakfast and the eggs benedict, both of which were delicious. There was a good range of cereals, fruit juice, tea and coffee, and also homemade yoghurt and fresh fruit salad available. I would highly recommend Sunnyside B+B and we’d happily stay here again.
