"Great Valley Digs" Short Walk to River Run, Town & Fishing

Location! Location! Location!
(River Run, Walk To Town, Bike Trail, Fishing, Hiking)

This beautifully appointed remodeled condo offers 3 bedrooms 2 baths within walking distance of River Run and downtown Ketchum. Guests will enjoyh a gas fireplace with views of “Baldy” as well as the closeness of fantastic restaurants, shopping, and art galleries. The unit is located on the second floor and offers beautiful sweeping views of Baldy Mountain. You and your guests will also enjoy the large deck, which includes a large family picnic table and a gas barbecue for outdoor dining experiences during the summer.

The main floor master bedroom has a king size bed with it’s own ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a guest bathroom, with bathtub and shower located off the guest bedroom on the main floor. The second floor is anopen air “Loft” which has a full size bed. In addition, there's a third enclosed bedroom in the upstairs loft area with two twin beds for children or additional guests if needed. This also can be used for the kids gaming area with XBOX 360 and a 32'' LED TV. Please note all the linens during the winter months are flannel sheets with crisp cotton sheets during the summer months for your comfort.

The kitchen is a full sized, u-shaped space with a spacious island for preparation as well as a serving area for large parties. You’ll find the kitchen fully equipped with all the cooking utensils that a chef or baker of the house would need. The living room has cozy furnishings within to enjoy the views of Baldy or simply enjoy the wood-burning fireplace with your favorite book or beverage in hand. You can also enjoy the 42'' Flat screen TV with a 'Bose' sound system with CD, DVD, and Blue Ray for watching movies. The extended HD cable package and Wi-Fi are included.

Perfect location

Our second time staying at this property. Perfect location, walkable to River Run base and downtown restaurants/shops. Clean and well equipped. Will certainly try to stay here again in the future if it’s available.

Great place for a ski trip

Had a wonderful time. The set up and location was perfect for a few retired skiers. One took the bus to Dollar Mountain while the others could walk over to River Run. Being able to walk into town for dinner is a plus.Appreciated the new appliances and fireplace. Liked having a hot pool and sauna close by.Hope to return in the future!

Family Christmas trip! This condo is in a fantastic location and is very well managed. We were comfy and cozy the whole week. Had great communication with Doug and he had lots of helpful tips.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Doug & Catherine's place! The lock box made check-in super smooth and easy, especially since we arrived late at night. The kitchen was very well-stocked with all the cooking utensils one could need. Everyone had a great night's sleep, with plenty of room for 6 adults. Location was great and easy walk/drive to the River Run Lodge. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Ketchum is such a walkable town

We loved this location because you can walk everywhere. It might be a half mile but very doable. Beautiful surroundings. Many restaurants to choose from. Many hikes nearby!

Awesome location close to Baldy Mountain. Easily walk to base of Mountain for our hiking. Also close to town so walked to restaurants and shopping. Condo fit our group of 7 well with plenty of space. Clean and easy check in/check out process. Well stocked kitchen.

Great location

Perfect for a family ski trip with 4 adults given the separate sleeping spaces. Walkable to the lifts in street shoes and Main Street for dinner. Large outdoor hot tub that didn’t ever feel too crowded even for a complex that size. The owner was very accommodating when we had to make a date change far enough out.

We really liked all the beds and two full bathrooms without having to rent a much larger property. The kitchen is well furnished with appliances and utensils. The neighbors were all very quiet. Its a small walk from main street but a pleasant one. Would definitely stay again.

Great ski weekend

This property is as described. Great location - it is a short walk to restaurants and slopes. Well stocked kitchen with a good layout. Note the open loft bedroom as that room will get noise from the kitchen/family room. Nice condo given the close location to everything.
