The living area is open and offers a small flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and views of the mountains. There is a sofa bed and a small deck off the living area with a gas grill and views of Bald Mountain. The fully stocked kitchen is spacious with stainless steel appliances and 3 bar stools at the countertop. The dining area is open to the living room and the table seats 6. There is a portable AC in the living room to cool down the living area a few degrees on the hottest days, but it is not intended to cool the whole condo.

The master bedroom off the living area has a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a small TV, and access to the same deck off the living room. The master bath has dual vanity sinks, a sunken jetted tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and has access to the full-size hallway bath with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has two twin beds and shares the same hall bathroom. There is a laundry room next to the hallway bath with a stack washer/dryer.

The Westridge complex offers an elevator and underground parking with one assigned parking space. The bus stop is located right across from the complex on 2nd Ave (Only one one-minute ride to River Run).
